Pre-Con Construction of Tampa, Inc. (now doing business as Pre-Con Construction of Florida) was started in 1990 as a “major project” structural precast erector and has since evolved into a construction management firm that specializes in small to large-scale commercial, institutional and industrial projects. We can provide services in general contracting, construction management, design/build and consulting/owners representation.

We accomplish this by paying attention to the details. Timely communications with all project team members, pre-qualifying our subcontractors, insisting on quality workmanship and running a safe worksite.

DEWEY TURBEVILLE

Dewey started his first construction business in 1973. Dewey has performed a variety of duties throughout his career and learned what it takes to manage a successful company.

Dewey is responsible for the overall production and control of the Pre-Con family of businesses which include:

Pre-Con Construction, Inc. – Experts in the specialty construction field of Precast Concrete Erection.

Pre-Con Properties, Inc. – Maintains a fleet of cranes, trucks and trailers, lifts and other equipment required to support the construction effort.

MICHAEL HUFF

Michael has more than 37 years of extensive experience managing both small and large-scale projects with diverse delivery systems, including hard bid, construction management, design-build and owners representation.

Michael is responsible for the day to day operations and has ultimate responsibility for project delivery.
